Become an Optimist Member

To become a member of the Collingwood Optimist Club, a person must:

• Be an adult living in the Southern Georgian Bay area, with a willingness to accept the Optimist Creed and to work for the betterment of kids in the area
• Pay a $75 annual membership fee
• Attend two club meetings, meet the Optimist Club members and be accepted by vote of membership
• Must obtain a clean police check
• Show a willingness to learn leadership skills and take on responsibility for club activities.
